Description
Throughout the 1990's, the Falcon was one of Australia's best selling cars. The EA, EB, EF, EL and AU Sedan (with live axle rear suspension) all shared the same architecture, and the same basic engine and drivetrain, therefore they have the same exhaust systems. The Australian made 4.0L inline 6 cylinder motor was found in the majority of Falcons, and produced up to 161kw, depending on the specification.
However this motor was stifled by its standard exhaust system, which limited performance at higher RPMs. Upgrading the exhaust system to the full Manta 2.5" performance version has multiple benefits. Improved responsiveness down low, increased power and torque, better fuel economy, and a vastly improved exhaust note are just some of the benefits you can experience by fitting the Manta exhaust system.
