MITSUBISHI PERFORMANCE EXHAUSTS – TRITON, PAJERO & CHALLENGER

Unlock the true torque of your Common Rail Diesel. Engineered by Manta for cooler temperatures, faster spool times, and legendary durability.

Our performance systems are built to optimize airflow and let your Mitsubishi breathe. Whether you're towing with Triton, conquering tracks in a Pajero, or outfitting a PB Challenger, Manta offers Australian-made 3-inch mandrel-bent systems designed to lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and drastically improve fuel efficiency.

WORK SMARTER, TOW HARDER

Suits ML (3.2L), MN (2.5L) & MQ/MR (2.4L)

Transform your Triton into a heavy-duty towing rig.
The factory exhaust suffocates the Triton engine—especially the ML 3.2L, which is restricted to a lackluster 118kw and 347nm. Our massive 3-inch systems change the game entirely.

  • Complete Range: Specific fitments covering 2006 right through to the latest 2025 DPF-equipped models.
  • Configurations: Choose a 100% legal DPF-Back system for modern street use, or a Turbo-Back system for early models and off-road builds.
  • Acoustic Engineering: Options range from Quiet (stock-like hum) to Loud, completely eliminating the restriction while preventing cabin drone on long drives.

UNLEASH THE LEGEND

Suits 3.2L Pajero (NS–NX) & 2.4L Pajero Sport

Give your heavy SUV the breathing room it desperately needs.
The famous 3.2L Pajero engine is incredibly durable but handicapped from the factory to 125kw. Our 3-inch single system lets the turbo come on boost much lower in the rev range.

  • Pajero 3.2L Solutions: Tailored fits for all configurations from 2006 to current—including Non-DPF, early DPF, and Sensor-equipped DPF models. We utilize a twin-muffler setup for a deep, Medium note that won't deafen your passengers.
  • Pajero Sport 2.4L: Comprehensive options for 2014–2025 models. Choose between simple DPF-Back upgrades or high-flow Turbo-Back racing systems with 3 distinct volume levels.

WAKE UP YOUR 2.5L DIESEL

Suits PB 2.5L CRD (2009–2015)

Discover the power hiding inside your 2.5L 4-cylinder.
By discarding the restrictive factory pipes, Manta frees up the turbo on the Challenger PB, ensuring peak torque hits instantly instead of leaving you waiting for boost.

  • Configuration: High-flow Turbo-Back systems available with or without a high-flow diesel catalytic converter.
  • Efficiency Gains: The faster the hot gases escape, the cooler your engine runs, resulting in prolonged engine life and noticeably better fuel economy on long trips.

Maximize Torque, Eliminate Turbo Lag & Lower Engine Heat

Upgrading to Manta’s expertly crafted 3-inch mandrel-bent system is a critical, money-saving investment that removes fatal backpressure to ensure your 4x4 accelerates effortlessly while towing.

The Manta Advantage:

• Instant Turbo Response
• Cooler Engine Temperatures
• Synergy with ECU Tunes
• Eliminates Highway Drone
• Built for Australia

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Turbo-Back with Cats vs. Without Cats?

Including a high-flow Diesel Catalytic Converter cleans up the unburnt fuel smell and helps muffle the exhaust note slightly while remaining free-flowing. Running "without cats" provides maximum flow for dedicated race, track, or extreme off-road builds, but is not compliant for on-road use.

Which material is best for my build?

  • Stainless Steel (10-Year Warranty): The premium option for complete peace of mind. Highly resistant to rust and perfect for those who do water crossings or live near the beach.
  • Aluminised Steel (2-Year Warranty): A fantastic, heavy-duty and cost-effective alternative for owners living inland and touring primarily in dry, dusty outback conditions.
